Terms for Using This Site

Using this site means accepting these terms. A visitor who does not agree should stop using it.

This privately owned site has no government affiliation and is not a consumer reporting agency or investigation firm. Neither it nor its advertising partners offers an FCRA-covered service.

Nature of the Site

This is a private reference with no connection to a sheriff, jail, court, corrections department, or other government body. It stores no official record, cannot confirm custody or release anyone, and cannot file a request for a visitor. Its role is to point toward Carlisle County and Kentucky public sources and outside research tools.

Acceptable Use

Use must remain lawful and must not harm another person or interfere with the service.

  • Do not stalk, harass, threaten, deceive, or break any law.
  • Do not use information for a hiring, housing, credit, insurance, or eligibility decision.
  • Do not seek unauthorized access or bypass a security control.
  • Do not run bots or scrapers against the service.
  • Do not disrupt access for other visitors.

No Consumer Reports

The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It provides no background check, credit report, or consumer report, and neither it nor an ad partner supplies screening services. Information may not be used for hiring or firing, tenant or housing review, creditworthiness, insurance pricing, licensing, benefits, or any other FCRA-regulated purpose.

Links to Other Services

Links may lead to sheriff, jail, court, corrections, legal-aid, news, or outside search services. Their operators control content, data handling, uptime, and terms. A link is not an endorsement.

No Warranties

Everything is supplied as is and as available. There is no warranty of accuracy, completeness, currency, uninterrupted operation, security, lack of errors, or completeness of a partner's search results. Custody and public records can change quickly, and no page is an official statement.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and its operator are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss tied to use, inability to use, reliance, or an outside service.

Indemnification

A user agrees to defend and hold the operator harmless from claims, loss, and reasonable legal fees arising from that user's conduct, misuse, or breach of these terms.

Intellectual Property

Site text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Carlisle County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. They may not be copied, altered, distributed, or republished without written permission, except where law permits.

Changes and Access

These terms may change at any time and a revision takes effect when posted. Access may also be limited or revoked at any time, for any lawful reason, without prior notice.

Kentucky Law

Kentucky law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Kentucky.

Severability

If a court finds one term invalid, the rest remain effective. The invalid part will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
